Suzie Wood
I am a BACP registered Psychodynamic and Energy Psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience. I work with adult individuals using a combination of talk & energy based methods. I'm especially interested in the mind-body connection and find methods such as EFT (tapping) are a powerful yet gentle way of helping the body and mind release trauma and shock.

Danela Gallini
Daniela has a creative and dynamic approach to her practice and will work with you to support your growth, move beyond feelings of stuckness and process challenging experiences. She has a special interest in working with trauma and PTSD, helping you to ground yourself in the present moment. Daniela offers sessions in English and in Spanish.

Alison Thorpe
I'm an experiential counsellor and focusing practitioner, and training in an approach called Clean Language - working with the body and with metaphor. I encourage you to slow down and sense how your issue is in the present moment. Out of this many things come - resolving past traumas or finding new ways forward. I also offer working with art and imagery.
